Exciting programme
Transmedia’s 5th International Conference, Media for All 5, will be covering all areas of relevance to
translation for the audiovisual media. The conference will showcase papers by academics and industry players on a
wide range of topics, from dubbing and subtitling, to a relative newcomer to the field, accessibility in museums.
A special workshop will be devoted to this fledgling discipline in answer to the growing interest that museums
and galleries are showing in making their exhibits more accessible.
